Women Judges
After much talk of discrimination, sexism , gender differences etc. Finally we can say in various employment sectors that women have found a place, which of course we have acquired.
One of them is the performance of the profession of judge .
A serious charge indeed, highly responsible and features until very recently entirely male, as it implies a certain power, control and authority, traits that arguments based on separatists are quite distinctive and worthy of men and lacking ( or at least should be) in women.
In Spain the data say that 48% are women judges , not so, as we scale up in higher positions. Total
, we still have a ways to go, but the important thing is we're at it.
