SOVEREIGNTY NOT DELIVER TO BOLIVIA
The governments of Chile have been too lenient with the many Bolivian governments.
things clear: Chile is not going to hand over sovereignty in any respect to Bolivia. Another thing is to discuss alternatives that Chile can contribute to better development of this nation. But you can not talk and reach agreements when parallel Lawsuits and claims are advertised in international courts as intemperate and no plausible legal basis.
Now If Bolivia wants to continue talks with Chile, you must first rectify the situation and appoint diplomatic ambassador.
